Texas Coil Company is a leading producer of heat exchangers, specialty fittings, blocks, and hook-up tubes used across an almost limitless range of cooling and heating applications, from specialty products to aircraft to refrigeration systems.
What we do
TCC's products are used in an almost limitless range of cooling and heating applications. Our heat exchangers, fittings, and hook-up tubes are found in specialty products, aircraft, and refrigeration systems in numerous sizes and shapes.
We are focused on custom products and can build parts directly from customer drawings or from a prototype part. Upon request, TCC can also custom test the BTU performance of each coil we produce, giving customers confidence in thermal performance for their specific application.
The company specializes in tube diameters of 3/8" copper and 1/2" copper. All parts are leak tested and go through an in-house inspection process prior to shipment.
TCC prides itself on producing quality parts on time at very competitive prices. We are customer-focused and serious about customer satisfaction on every order.
Custom and prototype-focused
Because so many applications are unique, much of our work is custom. We regularly:
- • Build coils and tubes from customer drawings
- • Reverse-engineer and reproduce prototype parts
- • Perform BTU performance testing when requested
- • Support design iterations as requirements evolve
